Otherwise you are also free to follow the diet that I have suggested:-
1 cup cabbage curry 2 whole eggs.
Tossed beans, grilled chicken and tossed broccoli or cauliflower.
Leafy green salad with one whole egg, olives, olive oil and half avocado (no dressing).
Same as lunch or else grilled Paneer or grilled fish. One can also opt for palak paneer or palak soup with grilled paneer.
Please Note: No onion and tomatoes are allowed and no sugar is allowed in my diet inclusive of fruits.
