This Beauty and the Beast Pole Routine Starts Out Tame, but Then Somebody Bends *Unexpectedly*

Pole dancing obviously has a sexy reputation, but the sport is actually harder than it looks. Simply lifting yourself up and around a pole, not to mention completing tricks and full routines, requires a lot of core and arm strength. Pole fitness is so much of a workout that organized competitions exist, during which trained athletes can show off their skills.

Take this Beauty and the Beast-themed routine from the 2018 Pole Sport Organization Liberty in July last year.
