1 Glass Low fat Milk
4 Dates (Chopped)
Almond 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Add Some milk and all chopped dates into blender and blend it after that add all remaining milk into blender and blend it. Your Low Fat Dates Milkshake is ready. Serve it with Chopped almond.
