ALL 15 REPS EACH (except Battle Ropes & Prowler) FOR 3 ROUNDS OR MORE with 2 mins Recovery between rounds!!

Kettlebell swings
Battle ropes (30 secs)
Burpees
Thrusters
Prowler (15 meters up and down twice)
Crunches
Box jumps
Push ups
