Weight Loss Meals


Hey guys!! I figured since it’s Saturday morning and you guys might be doing your meal prep today or tomorrow, I would give you some ideas for this week’s meal prep. Have you guys tried two-ingredient dough? What do you think of it? Any recipes/ideas you would like to share would be greatly appreciated! 2 cups Greek Yogurt
2 cups self-rising flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Mix until dough forms. Spray 1/3 cup measuring cup with oil spray and measure them out. You should get 9 biscuits with this dough. Bake them at 400 for 24 minutes or until golden brown. An optional option is to brush melted butter on the top of them. Scramble 8 eggs and cook 9 pieces of bacon. Assemble biscuits by putting some eggs on the biscuit, followed by a piece of bacon, and then a piece of cheese. Wrap in foil to store in the fridge.

238 calories, 8 grams of fat, 3 grams of saturated fat, 24 carbs, 1 gram of fiber, 3 grams of sugar, 18 grams of protein
