APPLE AND AVOCADO SMOOTHIES| WEIGHT LOSS SMOOTHIES| ZULFIA’S RECIPES

These smoothies are a wonderful alternate for breakfast. The flax seeds in smoothies are high in omega 3. Avocado helps you to lose weight in your weight loss journey.

Ingredients:
Apple smoothie:
Apple – 3 (small )
flax seeds – 1tbsp
oats – 2 tbsp roasted
honey – 1 tbsp
soaked and peeled almonds – 5
milk – 100 ml

Method:

Blend all the ingredients into a smooth paste and enjoy with drizzled honey on top

Avocado smoothie:
Avocado- half fruit
flax seeds – 1tbsp
oats – 2 tbsp roasted
honey – 1 tbsp
soaked and peeled almonds – 5
milk – 100 ml
Dates – 3 soaked(10 mins)

Blend all the ingredients into a smooth paste and enjoy with drizzled honey on top
