-100 LBS. WEIGHT LOSS/BODY TRANSFORMATION 2015-2019

This is my -100lbs Body Transformation video, to say the least my body have transformed sooo much over the last 3 1/2 years.. here’s a look into my weight loss journey/transformation -body update edition. Some of these photos have never touched the internet yet sooo be easy lol 😆

STARTING WEIGH IN: June 1, 2015 – 256 lbs. (275-280 lbs. heaviest)
YEAR ONE: June 1, 2016 (-85 lbs that year) 171 lbs.
YEAR TWO: June 1, 2017 (just maintained most of the year) 175 lbs.
YEAR THREE: June 1, 2018 (??? Didn’t really weigh myself, gained 30 lbs+ from falling off… why I decided to document on YouTube for accountability)
Last Weigh In: 1/21/2019 – 172 lbs.
CURRENT Goal: Snatched AF -really just to be belly free 🙂
