Planning Is Everything

Just over two years ago, Stacy weighed 127 kilos. But with exercise and healthy eating Stacy has managed to lose 28kgs, come off her insulin resistance medication and reverse her symptoms of PCOS.

“Weight loss is all in the planning. Those who fail to plan, plan to fail. Always have meal prep done to avoid having to find something to eat which leads to eating the wrong things. Positive Thinking Goes A Long Way

Rushaan began her journey weighing in at 108 kilos. She has since lost 16kgs in a year and she did it all while working a full-time job and raising 4 kids.

After a major health scare, Natasha decided that it was time she took control of her health and made some serious changes. So far, this fit mummy has lost over 15 kilos and is doing some big things on the fitness scene.
